Thanksgiving Turkey

To offer you the freshest turkey, we arrange our shipment to come in close to the holiday. We take tremendous pride in inspecting and sorting our weights to make sure every customer receives a quality turkey in the size they desire.

Because of this process, our turkeys are not available for pick up until Tuesday before Thanksgiving. If you need your turkey before then, we will not be able to accommodate you. We appreciate your understanding.


How much turkey do I need?

The general rule of thumb is to figure on 1-1 ½ lbs per adult person. If you have big eaters and want leftovers, figure on the high side.  If you have a lot of light eaters and/or children, figure on the light side.

Turkeys should be cooked at 325 F until the internal temp of the inner thigh reaches 180 F. Remove the foil off the turkey for the last 45 minutes of cooking to brown the breast.
